It has been 4 weeks now since we started the Ten Minute Buddha. It has been an enriching experience to share with people the vast knowledge of the Buddha and other beautiful facets of life. Entangled in the daily chores of life we often neglect our most important path i.e. the path to enlightenment.

And as i talk about enlightenment i have an experience which says that this is the least understood term by the masses and also the classes. I make an effort to understand the same today with the help of this post as well as share with you my views on it:

Enlightenment for me simply is awareness - a awareness spread over every second of our lives, an awareness that i made a grammatical error as i said a awareness instead of an awareness, awareness of every breath, awareness of the flowing nature of life and its constant beauty, awareness of present, awareness of past, awareness of the happening and the non-happening, just pure awareness about the self and then following it up with the world.

Every fresh day is a gift for us to be more happy and spread the message of love. In each and every action of ours there is an intent, rather not just an intent instead a positive intent. We always direct our actions with a positive intent in mind, but then often this positive intent does not bring the desired result. Why is it so? The logic may be something in the following flow -

Positive intent is only a thought process and a state and if this state is then fueled with strong action and precision about what we exactly want, then this positive intent will bring the desired result.

This is what successful people do - they always have a positive intent but then what intensifies their growth is their power which i call the power of precision i.e. knowing specifically about your outcomes.

You are feeling more and more relaxed as you now get more curious about the beauty if this life and now as i explain this magical word curious i am wondering what all is going on in your mind now. I wonder how it is opening up your thoughts now and you begin to see this world with a whole new perspective, the experiences which you never thought existed are getting created as you get more curious now begin to widen your thought process while you create beauty with your imagination. Thats good. Very Nice. You are getting more and more relaxed now as i now transport you into another world - a world where you are the ruler, where everything is possible, where everything is beautiful, where there is boundless energy, where you make things happen. Yes, thats the way my dear friend.
